ALL OUR SESSIONS ARE LIVE AND PERSONAL
MORNING AND EVENING TRAINING SESSIONS
Start your day the right way with our morning and evening training programme. Some of our sessions are based purely on body weight movement. For our resistant session we work with resistance bands or whatever equipment you have. I can tailor and and work the session to whatever equipment you have.
Our weekly session timetable is currently.
- Monday 6.30am - Training Block
- Wednesday 6.30am - Body Challenge
- Friday 6.40am - Body Weight Hiit
Participate in this class from the comfort of your own home but expect drive, motivation and technical critique.
Just because we are online doesn't mean that we are impersonal! These sessions are all live and you will feel a part of the session not just an onlooker.
